How much does shipping cost?
We’ve given our best shot to make our shipping policy as simple as possible! Two types of shipping (Standard and Express) that form our Shipping policy.

|Express Shipping (3-5 business days) - Australia||AUD $40|
|Standard Shipping (10-20 business days) - New Zealand||AUD $20|
|Express Shipping (7-15 business days) - New Zealand||AUD $40|
Enjoy a flat rate of AUD$10 for ground shipping on all orders in Australia and a flat rate of AUD$20 for order to New Zealand.
Express Shipping costs AUD$40 per order for both Australia and New Zealand.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Standard Shipping: Estimated shipping time is 5-8 business days for deliveries in Australia. For New Zealand, estimated shipping time is 10-20 business days. Excluding certain promotions.
Express Shipping: Estimated shipping time is 3-5 business days for Australia and 7-15 business days for New Zealand. Excluding certain promotions. Our Express Shipping option may reduce shipping time for rural residents and for New Zealand.
You can view our Estimated Delivery Day in the subtotal area of the Cart page starting from the first full business day after the package leaves our facility and you receive the confirmation email. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days for shipping to rural ZIP Codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events.
Occasionally, there may be delays due to peak shipping periods, but we’ll try our best to get your orders out, as soon as possible. Shipping Delays are non-refundable.
If you haven’t received your order after 4 weeks, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer is responsible for any duties or taxes on the value of the goods purchased, which may be imposed by each government.
Can I change my order once it is placed?
Once your order is placed, we are unable to accommodate order changes or address corrections. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalising your order. We are not responsible for incorrectly submitted addresses in orders.
For all returned orders due to an incorrect address or uncollected items, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address.
Can I track my order?
We will inform you via email on the processing of your order and we will send you a tracking number so you can track your order. If you haven’t received a tracking number please send us an email at email@example.com. Further, you may track your order (or return) by going to Order History under the My Account Details tab. There, you will see the status of your order (or return), a link to track your package, and a link to reprint the return packing slip or label.

Covid-19 Delivery Delays
Australia Post has seen record numbers of parcels sent during Covid, so we are likely to experience some level of delays in deliveries during this period of restrictions. Thank you for your understanding.
International Orders outside Australia
International orders outside Australia may have additional taxes and/or import fees when they arrive. Please contact your local customs office to check any taxes and/or fees you may be liable for, before placing your order.
CHRISTMAS 2022 CUT OFF DATES
Australia Post has specified its Christmas 2022 cut off dates, as below, to ensure parcels are delivered in time; you can shop earlier this year (couple of days before the specified cut off dates):
Domestic Australia Post Cut-Off Dates (excl WA & NT)
Standard Shipping – Monday 12th December
Express Shipping – Monday 19th December
WA & NT Cut-Off Dates
Standard Shipping – Wednesday 7th December
Express Shipping – Wednesday 14th December
International cut-offs depend on where parcels are being delivered to and the delays each country is experiencing. You can read more here.
